Aging low voltage motor control centers – MCC – can become a problem… especially when

Over time, the potential for catastrophic MCC failure increases with age.

This issue can be solved by Advanced Motor Controls MCC life extension program. We can supply remanufactured MCC buckets with new components, thereby extending the life of the original motor control center.

• the need for new cable installation

Thus saving you approximately 30-50% versus complete replacement of the MCC.

We utilize our core stock of products to manufacture a MCC bucket that will replace your existing equipment; and we supply the complete MCC bucket ready to install. We match and supply all wiring, critical pilot accessories, and stab assemblies.

Our typical retrofit units do not void the original equipment structure UL Label because it normally covers the structure and the bus system. The entire MCC structure will retain its original UL 845 listing. We build all new competitive retrofit units using UL 845 practices along with new UL recognized components.
